How does it work?

How will I get paid?
To qualify and receive the $1000 referral bonus, the candidate has to actually start his/her employment and remain employed through our contractual guarantee period.
When will I actually get paid?
Our typical contractual guarantee period is 60-90 days depending on our client and agreement. Once your referral has been hired, and starts employment we will reach out to you and alert you for the remaining obligation of their employment. Once this time has passed we will mail you a check and submit a 1099 to you at the end of the year.
